How did it all begin? From a tiny seed that set out on its journey somewhere in Russia. From the seed of attention, as I absorbed the first impressions while sitting in a cramped kitchen. The kitchen was filled with many Russian women and the innate knowledge they passed on to one another in the evenings. They healed. Then, much later, a Tatar healer told stories and taught me for years. It was a magical encounter and learning experience, but at the time, the world was still slow to accept it. Then the notes became a book, then more books, and the knowledge was passed on. The arrival of many, many seekers, along with courses and the material passed down, shaped and reshaped itself. It expanded and grew, imparting new knowledge and pointing the way forward for this wisdom. The checkered notebook evolved into a curriculum, and by now it has become training programs and modules. It has reached professional maturity. I am happy that I was able to bring it into being. Will it continue to evolve? I don’t think so. Its destiny is to return to its point of origin and disappear with an all-encompassing sigh.
I believe—indeed, I live by—the insight that human creative power is the only force that sets in motion and sustains the wave of cause and effect. The freedom of existence lies in our ability to determine what governs our reality. What is it that we want to experience, feel, and live through in order to realize the truth that lies behind it? This discovery is the only meaning behind illness and emotional suffering. We must swim out of the downward-pulling whirlpools, but to do so, we must KNOW that we can!
Traditional Russian medicine is based on this clear insight and teaching. On the wings of our imagination, we reach higher realms, and looking down from there, a more complete picture emerges of the life we perceive and of humanity itself. Only this perspective can bring relief and healing. Clarity of vision is essential for us to be able to practice acceptance. Acceptance is the foundation of letting go and forgiveness. These are the fundamental forces that every human being possesses from the very beginning. In a narrower space, within a single train of thought, this does not become apparent. That is why it is necessary to regulate the mind and practice concentration so that we can rise above—and heal. This is the true power of the healer and of everyone who uses their awareness to help others. Traditional Russian medicine—as taught in this training—conveys, in a comprehensive manner, the experiences and sensations necessary for self-discovery. Its curriculum systematically builds a methodology so that these hidden sensations and perceptions can come to the surface. For everyone! The Power that arises within a person supports the work of all those who have already completed many courses yet still feel that something is missing—that „binding agent,” that essence of the soul that encompasses the whole. Here you can experience it!
This workshop can complement the work of those who are already involved in energy healing or who help others through massage or other energy-transfer systems. It is a professional workshop that can also be used on its own—it can help with self-improvement and improving the well-being of both yourself and others.
The workshop was created with the goal of providing participants with information that will help them maintain their health or, in the case of an existing illness, use these methods as a complementary treatment for themselves or others. The content presented during the workshop, as well as the books *Russian Energy Medicine I* and *Russian Energy Medicine II*, reflect the instructor’s personal experiences, which are grounded in a medical background. The complete workshop material, the books, and the notes, as well as the terms “Russian Traditional Medicine” and “Russian Medicine,” are protected by copyright.
